Northshore FC

Payment Policy:

• All fees are payable at the commencement of the first week of each block of 4/6/10 weeks if paying per session(a session is equal to 4/6/10 calendar weeks).
• Missed Private lessons are subject to a full lesson fee if not cancelled 12 hours in advance.
• Make-up classes are available for missed classes but must be scheduled within 7 days from purchase of the class package
• Annual fees are due in the first 2 weeks of September for the current fencing year.
• Annual club membership is required after 3 month of fencing at North Shore FC or additional fees will be applied to lessons (see pricing sheet for non-members)
• All fees are nonrefundable.
• Students are required 15 minutes before the lesson to warm-up.
• Refund/Returned Check processing fee = $25.
• Take Two Group Classes with in the same week, the Second Group Class will be 25% off
• If you missed a Beginner or Intermediate Group Class, you can make it up with in the time frame of your package, starting from the package purchase date
• Students shall notify the instructor at least 12 hours in advance to cancel a lesson by calling (917) 335-5933 or (516) 773-6262, or the Student will be charged for the missed lesson
• Up to one (1) properly cancelled lesson a week may be rescheduled, at the instructor’s discretion. You can make it up with in the time frame of your package length, starting from the package purchase date.  Students are financially responsible for any subsequent missed lessons regardless of notice; therefore, it is encouraged that the Student select a lesson time that works on a weekly basis.
• Missed lessons without proper notification, as a general rule, will not be rescheduled.
• The Student will arrive on time to all scheduled lessons. Lessons will end at their scheduled time, regardless of the time of the Student’s arrival.
• Packages must be selected and paid for in advanced in order to join the group or private classes.
